Welcome
Welcome to the EITC, a nonprofit volunteer organization (virtual organization) managed by and for the benefit of the R&D community worldwide. The EITC provides an international forum for the advancement of emerging technologies and services.
The EITC name was originally an acronym for the Emerging Information and Technology Conference. Today, the organization’s scope of interest has expanded into so many related fields, that it is simply referred to by the letters E-I-T-C.
The EITC is organizing/organized several conferences/workshops in 2008, 2009, and 2010. Meetings will be/were held in New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, California in the United States and internationally in Taiwan. For over 10 years, The EITC's high-quality, cost-effective meetings have been recognized as the world's premier scientific and engineering conferences, where leading investigators from around the globe discuss their latest work and future challenges in a uniquely informal, interactive format.
The EITC is run entirely by the worldwide volunteers. Administrative costs are kept low because volunteers cover many of these costs themselves.
