Registration
The EITA-Bio 2015 at NTU (or the EITA-EITC 2015) is a free event, no charge. Registration for the event is now open
Two ways to register:
- Online Conference Registration: please click the following link to register: Start Registration.
- Conference Registration Form (E-mail): Please complete attendee information (Full Name, Affiliation, Phone Number, and E-mail) and send in. Please send your registration form to: [email protected] (The deadline is October 20, 2015).
Insurance: Participants are advised to arrange adequate travel and health insurance themselves.

The EITA-Bio 2015 will be held at (rooms: BL-101, BL-103, BL-112, BL-113, BL-114), Barry Lam Hall, College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, National Taiwan University (NTU) (台大校總區電機資訊學院博理館), Taipei, Republic of China (Taiwan) (Address: No.1, Sec. 4, Roosevelt Road, Taipei, Taiwan). The Barry Lam Hall is located near the back gate of NTU at the intersection of Fuxing S. Road (復興南路) and Xinhai Road (辛亥路), Taipei.

Wireless connections for guests and visitors of National Taiwan University (NTU) are available through the NTU Wireless network.

Getting to Campus
National Taiwan University is easy to reach by public transportation or by car. The closest and most conveniently accessed international airport is Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport.
The Taipei MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) (臺北捷運) is a modern transportation system serving the city and its vicinities. Currently there are ten routes. NTU is at the Gongguan station (公館站) on the Songshan-Xindian line (the Green line) (臺北捷運松山-新店線). You can get off (or take) the MRT at the Gongguan Station (公館站) on Roosevelt Road.

Republic of China (Taiwan) Visa Information

Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport
Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport (IATA: TPE) is an international airport serving the capital city of Taiwan, Taipei, and the northern parts of the country. Located about 40 kilometers west of Taipei in Dayuan Township, Taoyuan County, Taiwan, the airport is Taiwan's largest airport.
The transportation network connecting to the Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport (TPE) is highly efficient. Travelers entering or departing the country can choose from a variety of transportation methods to and from the airport. The Taiwan High Speed Rail (THSR)(台灣高鐵) which allows direct access to all major cities and the buses which travel between various regions make it extremely convenient for travelers to go to and from the destination of their choice and the airport. Visitors may also take a taxi or a tour bus if they wish to reach their destination directly.
Transportation Between the Taoyuan International Airport to National Taiwan University
Transportation between the Taoyuan International Airport and NTU--a
short journey of about 40km--is very convenient, and is usually served
by taxi or bus or by a combination of both.
By taxi:

There
is no direct train or bus traveling from the airport to NTU. If you
carry heavy luggage with you, taking a taxi will be the easiest and most
comfortable way to get to NTU. Taxi queues are outside the Arrival
Lobby of both Terminals I and II and services are available 24 hours a
day. Airport taxis to Taipei City charge a flat rate of NTD 1,000 to
1,200. A night time surcharge may apply for rides after 11pm.
By bus + taxi:
Fare:around NTD 300 / Time:80 mins
Bus
tickets are available at Arrival Areas of both Terminals (Terminal I:on
the southeast side; Terminal II:on the northeast side). For your
convenience, please take either the "Evergreen Bus" (長榮巴士) or the
"Toward You Air Bus east line" (大有巴士東線) to Taipei City. Get off either
at ZhongXiao FuXing MRT Station (捷運忠孝復興站) or at Howard Hotel (福華飯店)
and take a taxi from there to NTU.
By bus + MRT:
Fare:around NTD 180 / Time:110 mins
Take
any bus that goes to the Taipei Railway Station (台北車站). Then take the MRT Songshan-Xindian line (the Green line) (臺北捷運松山-新店線) and get off at Gongguan Station (公館站). Walk out from exit 1 and you will find the NTU main gate on your
right.
