The Emerging Information Technologies Conference 2024 (EITC 2024) (17th Emerging Information Technologies Conference) is an international forum. It will be held in Taiwan in 2024. The meeting was coordinated by EITA-Asia Pacific with the full support of EITA's global leadership team.

• to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in "Life Science, Biomedicine, New Agriculture, New Materials, New Energy, Microelectronics, Quantum Computing, Wireless 5G and 6G, Optical Communication, and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning/Deep Learning/Neural Networks",

• to provide opportunities for the venture community to discuss, understand and evaluate the state-of-the art in cutting edge business and technology solutions,
• to bring together emerging and established entrepreneurs, current industry leaders, and policymakers to discuss innovation and disruption over the next decade.

We are pleased to invite you to attend the EITC 2024 and submit proposals (invited talks only) for papers, panels, demonstrations, workshops, corporate showcases/demos, and SIG discussions. The Conference Review Policy requires that each proposal will be peer-reviewed by for inclusion in the conference program, and CD-ROM proceedings.

Workshops

We are living in one of the most disruptive periods of tech evolution since the internet first emerged decades ago. In a world driven by digital solutions, emerging technologies continue to impact the way we live, work and interact. Many of these technological changes are great: They increase our productivity, make it easier for us to get the services we need, and in general, make our lives easier. However, they also often challenge us to change our habits and routines. So, are we ready for what's next?

The agenda of the EITC 2024 will focus on current and future impacts of applications and commercialization of key emerging technologies across a breadth of sectors. The conference consists of four parallel workshops and a student poster competition session:  

• Workshop 1 (W1): Life Science, Biomedicine, and New Agriculture
• Workshop 2 (W2): New Materials, New Energy, and Microelectronics 
• Workshop 3 (W3): Quantum Computing, Wireless 5G and 6G, Optical Communication 
• Workshop 4 (W4): Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Neural Networks

• Student Poster Competition 

Possible Workshop Topics

The EITC 2024 conference is structured around a number of sub-themes that include -but are not limited to, the following topics. Click on one of the links below to learn more!
