EITA-Europe division is the EITA headquarter (Level 2 Management) for the European region.
EITA-Europe division consist of a number of regional chapters (separate and independent legal entities) as well as resident coordinators and their offices across the European region.
- Leadership Team (Management Board), The EITA-Europe Division
The EITA-Europe Management Board (the Board) is the body of senior managers (Chairman, President and other senior executives) responsible for and managing the EITA-NA organization.
The Board plays a vital role in the success of EITA-Europe by ensuring that day-to-day operations are aligned with the overall strategic plan. It ensures that the organization operates effectively, achieves its objectives, and adapts to changing market conditions.

Functions:
- EITA-Europe’s Division Management Committee, composed of resident coordinators, is usually responsible for overseeing and managing the regional operations of a particular division, ensuring that it is aligned with the overall strategy and objectives of the organization (EITA-Europe).
- This includes providing strategic direction, managing resources, monitoring performance, and facilitating decisions related to division activities.
